PENGARUH MOTIVASI MENGHINDARI RIBA DAN PERSEPSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENJADI NASABAH BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA MELALUI PENGETAHUAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation to avoid usury on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Pinrang Regency. The type of analysis that will be used in this study is quantitative analysis with a form of correlational research (correlational research). Preliminary analysis data in this writing can be obtained from filling out questionnaires about Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Pinrang Regency. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The results of the research conducted are the high motivation to avoid usury has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer at a Pinrang Islamic bank, the high perception of positive and significant influence on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Pinrang, the high motivation to avoid usury and the perception of simultaneously affecting the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Pinrang, High knowledge of being able to moderate the relationship between motivation avoiding usury with the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Pinrang, High knowledge is able to moderate the relationship between perceptions and the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Pinrang
