Non Performing Financing/Loan (NPF/NPL), Fee Based Income, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR/LDR) dan Profitabilitas Bank
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of NPF and NPL, Fee-based Income, Financing Deposit Ratio on profitability in Islamic commercial banks and their comparison with conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative method with the observation year 2014-2018 in 6 samples which are divided into 3 Islamic commercial banks and 3 conventional commercial banks respectively. The results of the research are that simultaneously, NPF, FBI and FDR have a joint effect on profitability in Islamic banks, as well as NPL, FBI, LDR jointly have an effect on profitability in Conventional Banks. Partially, NPF has a significant effect on profitability while FBI and FDR have no effect on profitability in Islamic banks. NPL and FBI variables have no significant effect on profitability, while LDR has an effect on profitability in conventional banks. In the different tests of the two banks, the profitability and FDR variables did not differ significantly, while the NPF and NPL were different and the FBI had differences between the two banks.
