FACTORS AFFECTING CUSTOMER INTEREST IN INSTALLMENT INVESTMENTS IN PRECIOUS METAL GOLD IN BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KCP MAKASSAR UNISMUH
Abstract
The background of this research is the author's interest in the precious metal gold installment products of Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially in the Makassar area where there has been no previous related research. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence customer interest in investing in precious metal gold installment products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Unismuh. There are several factors, namely psychological factors, situational factors, and social factors, as well as knowing which factors most influence customers in investing in gold installment products for precious metal Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Unismuh. This research is a quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The independent variables in this study are psychological factors, situational factors, and social factors while the dependent variable in this study is investment interest. The results of this study indicate that Psychological Factors have a positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, Situational Factors have a positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, Social Factors have no positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, and Situational Factors (X2) are the most influential factors on investment interest. investment in customer gold installments.
