IMPLEMENTASI AKAD MUDHARABAH PADA PETANI BAWANG MERAH DI DESA TELLE KECAMATAN AJANGALE KABUPATEN BONE
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of cooperation with shallot farmers in Telle Village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency and to determine the application of mudharabah contracts to shallot farmers in Telle Village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency, in accordance with the fatwa of the Indonesian MUI National Sharia Council No: 115/DSN- MUI/IX/2017 regarding mudharabah contracts. The research method used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach, based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the concept of cooperation between capital owners and capital managers of shallot farmers in Telle Village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency is a system of cooperation using the concept of a contract agreement between owners capital with shallot farmer managers in profit sharing where capital is issued first and the rest will be divided in two, which means that the capital owner gets two parts and the shallot farmer manager gets one part with the risk of loss being borne by the capital owner and the suitability of implementing mudharabah contracts for onion farmers The red flag in Telle Village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency is not fully in accordance with the fatwa of the MUI National Sharia Council No: 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 concerning mudharabah contracts because in practice there is one condition that does not comply with the conditions contained in the fatwa MUI National Sharia Council No: 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 Concerning Mudharabah Contracts, namely regarding the profit sharing ratio where farmers in Telle village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency, there is no profit sharing agreement stated at the time of the contract, while in the DSN MUI fatwa No: 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 concerning Mudharabah Contracts, the profit sharing ratio must be agreed at the time of the contract.
