From these problems the researcher is interested in carrying out research at the SMA / MA level. This study aims to determine the feasibility level of media <em>e-book</em> with <em>3D PageFlip Professional</em> on Elasticity and Hooke's Law. This research uses <em>Research and Development</em> (R&D) research with the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model has several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets from media experts and material experts. The results obtained from the validation of media experts were 94.8% and material experts were 97.4% with very decent criteria. The type of research used was pre-experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling so that the sample in this research was 20 students of class X MIPA 1. The research instruments used were lesson plans (RPP) and learning outcomes tests given before and after implementing the inquiry training learning model. Based on the results of the <em>paired sample t-test</em>, a significance value <0.05 was obtained, meaning that there was a difference in pretest and posttest learning outcomes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang memiliki responden terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas XII di SMA Negeri 14 Medan. Instrumen penelitian berupa 10 soal tes pemahaman konsep materi fisika kuantum (selalu, sering, kadang-kadang, jarang, tidak pernah) dan 10 soal tes kesulitan siswa dalam materi fisika kuantum (selalu, sering, kadang-kadang, jarang, tidak pernah) yang disebarkan langsung melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, pemahaman konsep peserta didik terkait materi fisika kuantum dengan kategori rendah yaitu 14%. This research uses descriptive with survey method with research data obtained from student test results. The instrument used is a questionnaire about the concept of work and energy. This research was conducted at SMAN 14 Medan Class XII IPA 4 and XII IPA 5 with the subject of 30 students who have learned the concept of work and energy. The difficulty of understanding the concept experienced by students is that students fall into the medium category in terms of understanding the concept of work and energy material in physics lessons with a percentage of 46.66%. As many as 33.33% of students have difficulty in analyzing effort (positive, negative or zero), kinetic energy, gravitational potential energy, and the law work. Students' difficulty in applying the concept of the law of work and energy in everyday life, amounting to 33.33%.
