This study used a qualitative research design with a multiple case study approach. The sample used was five certified high school teachers from public schools in Bengkulu City. Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews and document analysis of teachers' lesson plans. Thematic analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 software. The findings of this study revealed two main themes that emerged. First, teachers' motivations and expectations regarding the teacher certification program in Indonesia. Second, this study examines the perceived benefits of the program. This research contributes to the evaluation and improvement of the teacher certification program in Indonesia, which can improve the quality of education. The implication of this study is that teachers can report improvements in pedagogical knowledge, curriculum understanding, content knowledge, lesson planning, and teaching performance. This research is useful in proving that there is a correlation between teacher performance and interest in learning in the same way as students' learning achievement in mathematics subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. This type of quantitative field research research has a research sample of 46 students at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. The results of the research show a correlation between teacher performance and interest in learning in the same way as learning achievement at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. This is based on the results of the inferential statistical hypothesis test obtained sig. F change &lt;</em><em>ɑ</em><em>(0.004&lt;0.05) means that there is a correlation between teacher performance and interest in learning on student learning achievement for subjects that can be accepted or proven to be correct. It is hoped that the implications of the research results will become reference material for similar researchers. This study aims to determine the Urgency of Entrepreneurship Education by Utilizing Digital Technology for UIN Alauddin Makassar Students. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education is needed in any field regardless of the field occupied or one's profession. With entrepreneurship education students are able to build an entrepreneurial spirit by creating various creative ideas and innovations, being able to utilize and follow the very rapid developments of digital technology. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Meanwhile, data collection was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the decision-making process in implementing the tahfidzul Qur'an program consists of several stages, namely identifying problems, holding meeting1s with school stakeholders, forming a tahfidzul Qur'an management team, preparing a tahfidzul Qur'an activity program, holding outreach with parents/ parents, make a black and white agreement. The supporting factors are that stakeholders participate fully, obtain approval from several parents/guardians, there are several teachers who have expertise in the field of the Koran. The development of religious moderation, especially in madrasah, can be done in various ways. This research aims to examine further strategies for developing understanding of religious moderation in the madrasah curriculum. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research uses field research. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Data sources were obtained through islamic spiritual development teachers, scout leaders, paskibraka leaders, arts and culture coaches, school principals and vice principals of curriculum, as well as students as the main subject. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observation. Data validity techniques use triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research show that the character education values applied at SMA Negeri 3 Takalar in learning are religious values, nationalist values, independence values, mutual cooperation values and integrity values. The application of character values in islamic learning is reflected in extracurricular activities, such as islamic spiritual activities (rohis), paskibaraka, scouts, and art studios. From this activity, it can be seen that students have an increasing attitude of discipline, cooperation, perseverance, responsibility, and religious attitudes. Character formation is carried out through habituation shown by extracurricular coaches together with staff and the Head of SMA Negeri 3 Takalar. This quantitative research employs a simple descriptive design and involves a population of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Sentani, totaling 266 students. A sample of 156 students was determined through simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected using an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and measured with a five-point likert scale. Data processing involved categorizing student learning motivation scores as high, medium, and low, based on predetermined percentages. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to examine relationships between variables. The results indicate that student motivation significantly declined during the hybrid learning period, marked by restricted physical interaction and technological limitations. However, with the transition back to face-to-face learning, there was a significant increase in student motivation, driven by improved social interaction and direct support from educators. This research confirms that social interaction and emotional support play crucial roles in enhancing learning motivation. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya who carry out internships at several partner institutions. The results showed that the internship program contributed to improving student competence. In the personality aspect, students are able to understand job descriptions, carry out tasks well, show responsibility, and discipline at work. In the professional aspect, students show the ability to complete work according to the specified time, utilize work support facilities, manage activities, and determine management studies and their classification. In terms of social competence, students are able to adapt to the workplace, interact and cooperate with coworkers, and adapt to the work given. However, not all schools can fully implement it because they are still looking for the right model. Therefore, there must be research that can be a best practice for other schools. This study aims to describe the planning of the independent learning program in the National Assessment activities, the simplified Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) activities, and the zoning system activities on the New Student Admission (PPDB) at SMP Negeri 3 Sungguminasa. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing persistence in research and triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the planning of the independent learning program (in National Assessment activities, simplified RPP activities, and zoning system activities on PPDB at SMP Negeri 3 Sungguminasa has been running based on planning indicators, namely: (1) Determination of goals and objectives (2) Determine the resources used (3) Select and determine the method or method to be carried out.
