There are three stages in the manggade procession, namely mabbaji-baji (the process of cleaning the ritual place), mannggade sokko, mannggade beppa (cake). Efforts to prevent divorce by judges at the Barru Religious Court in the form of mediation have been in line with the provisions of Perma No. 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation, at each stage of mediation various efforts have been carried out, including: at the Pre-Mediation stage, Advisory was carried out by the Panel of Judges Examining the Case, at the Mediation stage, efforts were made in the form of: a. Creating a comfortable and conducive atmosphere, sometimes accompanied by jokes, b. Actively listen to the problems expressed by each party, c. Responding and clarifying the intentions of the parties and bridging the differences between the two, d. Conducting Caucus, e. Show appreciation, and at the Final stage of Mediation, the Panel of Judges gives advice again at each trial. Efforts to prevent divorce by judges at the Barru Religious Court in the form of implementing mediation in the perspective of Islamic law have also been in line with the concepts of Islah and Hakam, and are also in accordance with the Maqasid Syariah principle, namely hifdz al-nasl (keeping offspring).
Nurul Azizah Copyright (c) 2024 Nurul Azizah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal3.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/ijis/article/view/32033 Sat, 21 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW ON HALAL PRODUCT GUARANTEES ON HALAL LABELING IN FOOD STALLS IN NORTH KOLAKA DISTRICT (MAQASID AL-SYARIAH ANALYSIS) https://journal3.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/ijis/article/view/35900
The main problem of this research is how to analyze the law on halal product guarantees regarding the giving of halal labels to food stalls in North Kolaka district? The subject matter is then broken down into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: 1) what is the general description of food stalls in North Kolaka Regency 2) What is the policy of the Ministry of Religion of North Kolaka Regency regarding the Implementation of the Law on Halal Product Guarantees in Assigning Halal Labels to Food Stalls in North Kolaka Regency? 3) How is the implementation of the law on halal product guarantees regarding the provision of halal labels to food stalls in North Kolaka district? 4) What is the maqasid al-shariah analysis of halal labeling in restaurants in North Kolaka district? This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach used is a juridical approach, a syar'i approach, and a sociological approach. The data source for this research is a data source in the form of humans in research in general as respondents. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, and reference tracing. Then, data processing techniques and data analysis were carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) Food stalls in North Kolaka Regency are business opportunities that have continued to develop in accordance with increasingly advanced times 2) The policy of the Ministry of Religion of North Kolaka Regency regarding the implementation of the law on halal product guarantees regarding the provision of halal labels to food stalls in North Kolaka Regency is currently still not optimal. The constraints faced as UUJPH implementers. First, the draft implementing regulations for the JPH Law were purely the result of the Ministry of Religion without any bilateral relations between other ministries in their fields. Second, when the draft was rejected by the PAK, the Ministry of Religion had to start all over again to make the draft. Third, during the meeting to discuss the draft implementing regulations for the JPH Law with the PAK who were present were not the heads of ministry policies in their fields. 3) The method of implementing Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products has not gone well because the average restaurant in North Kolaka Regency has not been labeled halal. As for the factors hindering this implementation, namely the participation of law enforcement officials has not been running as it should, then the public's attitude towards the existence of this law does not seem to care too much. 4) Analysis of Maqāṣid asy-syarīʻah on giving halal labels to restaurants in the first Kolaka Regency, the JPH Law can provide comfort, security, safety, and certainty of the availability of Halal Products for the community with the aim of implementing guarantees to increase halal products. Second, the Halal JPH Law can provide added value for business actors to produce and sell Halal Products.
Nirwana Miswar Wana Copyright (c) 2024 Nirwana Miswar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal3.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/ijis/article/view/35900 Tue, 24 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE DYNAMICS OF ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION https://journal3.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/ijis/article/view/44886
This article discusses the history of the Abbasid dynasty, as we all know that the formation of the Abbasid dynasty is inseparable from the long history and influence of the fall of the Umayyad dynasty. This writing is a tangible symbol that the long history of the Abbasid dynasty will be documented in a journal entitled "The Dynamics of Islamic Civilization: The Process of the Formation of the Abbasid Dynasty." Like the common discussions that the Umayyad dynasty was the Islamic rulers who created a monarchy system (a government system in the form of a kingdom). Previously, the system used was democratic, and therefore, this kingdom gained its power through diplomacy, violence, and deception, allowing the dynasty to grow rapidly. Unlike previous leadership, during the era of the Khalifaur rasyidin, the society chose their leaders using a democratic system. This system has been in place since the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW. At that time, the existence of the Umayyad dynasty lasted for 90 years (680-750 AD).
Lily Harlina Copyright (c) 2024 Lily Harlina https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journal3.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/ijis/article/view/44886 Wed, 25 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE EFFECT OF NET TV'S “FAKTA +62” NEWS PROGRAM ON THE SATISFACTION OF VIEWERS IN THE PAROPO DISTRICT OF MAKASSAR CITY https://journal3.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/ijis/article/view/44981
The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of political news content, media credibility, and news packaging in the NET TV program “Fakta +62” on the information satisfaction of viewers in Paropo Village, Makassar City.
