Abstract

Saat ini pemanfaatan big data sudah banyak dianalisa oleh para peneliti salah satunya analisis big data dalam bidang pemasaran. Big data dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengambil keputusan atau memudahkan pengguna data dalam mengolah data hingga menghasilkan analisa data yang berguna untuk perbaikan di masa mendatang. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah pemanfaatan big data dalam bidang pemasaran dengan pengembangan aplikasi untuk peramalan penjualan produk obat sakit kepala. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier, untuk menganalisa data twitter terkait pengguna obat sakit kepala. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam peramalan penjualan produk obat sakit kepala yaitu akurasi terbesar diperoleh produk obat panadol
