Abstract

The main problem in this study is the management strategy for the development of pilgrims at the Nurul Yaqin Grand Mosque in Bontoramba Village, South Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The subject matter is outlined in several sub-problems, namely: 1. How are the efforts of the management of the Nurul Yaqin Grand Mosque in Jama'ah Development in Bontoramba Village, South Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency? 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of Jama'ah in the Nurul Yaqin Grand Mosque?

This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using management and communication approaches. The data sources for this study are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection methods used are interviews, documentation, and observation. Data processing techniques and data analysis are carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The results of this study show that the strategy of the management of the Nurul Yaqin Grand Mosque for pilgrims is to continue to activate the established programs and carry out various religious, educational, and social activities for the development of pilgrims. Pay attention to the facilities and infrastructure inside and outside in accordance with the needs of the mosque, and maintain the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the mosque.

The implementation of this research is for the management of the Nurul Yaqin Bontoramba Grand Mosque to perform and maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and security, as well as maintain existing facilities and infrastructure to be even better, and maintain the work principle that is owned that works optimally with a sincere heart. To the pilgrims of the Nurul Yaqin Bontoramba Grand Mosque in order to maintain the prayers of worshippers at the Nurul Yaqin Grand Mosque, make the best use of the existing facilities and infrastructure, and instill a sense of common property because the mosque is a place for all Muslims to worship.
