Abstract

This type of qualitative research through a phenomenological approach, while the results of the study show that women have the ability to take part in building family economic strength, without losing their identity as a woman or a mother, involvement in work activities is a form of independence that has rhythms and social values that determine self character, family character is also able to open opportunities to build their generation of children to be more rigid in navigating the ocean of life
