Abstract

This article The initial design of the utilization of community assets in West Bandung Regency using the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) technique. This technique is one of the techniques in community empowerment based on asset strength perspective. This type of research used by researchers is action research (Action Research) is an attempt to test ideas into practice to improve or change something to get a real impact from the situation. This research uses the Qualitative Concept of Action Research. Action research is a research process that forms a spiral, meaning that this research is an ongoing process. The process begins with initial reflection, then planning, implementing an intervention or treatment, observing the intervention and reflecting
