This descriptive research using Ecological Study design with retrospective approach, through GIS-based mapping in overlays form. It used total sampling of 17 Kapanewon in Sleman Regency. Variables used are secondary data for 2015-2019 obtained from Health Department and Civil Registry Department of Sleman Regency. &nbsp;Results: DHF incidence in Sleman Regency for 5 years (2015-2019) has fluctuated and tends to occur a lot in Kapanewon which close to Yogyakarta City, Bantul Regency, and Kulon Progo Regency. Map overlay shows Larvae-free Index and population density related to DHF cases. Healthy Houses and Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in the household not related to DHF cases in Sleman Regency. Chi-square test results show that population density related to DHF cases. Children are the next generation of the nation who deserve attention. Every child has the right to achieve optimal development. Developmental disorders usually occur in childhood affecting multiple functional domains and often persist into adulthood. Parental skills are an effective intervention for child development outcomes. Holistic parenting skills are comprehensive parenting skills that mothers give to their children. Objective: To see holistic parenting skills with child development. Research method: This type of research uses quantitative research. The design in this study is to use an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all toddlers &lt; 60 months in Ngalang Village, Gedangsari Health Center, Gunungkidul Regency in 2020 with a total of 366 samples, the sampling technique used total sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square Test. Results: There is no significant relationship between nutritional skills and child development skills with a P value (0.237) &gt; (0.05) and there is a significant relationship between parenting skills and child development with a P value (0.023) &lt; (0 ,05). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioneryang disebarkan <em>via online </em>menggunakan <em>Google Form</em>. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa muslim di empat perguruan tinggi negeri di Kota Manado. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa muslim di empat perguruan tinggi negeri di Kota Manado terhadap obat halal (sig. 0,00 &lt; 0,05) dengan keeratan sedang. Hubungan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku terhadap obat halal (sig. 0,00 &lt; 0,05) dengan keeratan rendah. Hubungan antara sikap dan perilaku terhadap obat halal (sig. 0,00 &lt; 0,05) dengan keeratan rendah. Diarrhea, a water-borne disease, can be caused by one type of parasite, namely intestinal protozoa. Intestinal protozoa can contaminate water sanitation if their hygiene is not maintained properly. This study’s purpose was to comparison of protozoal intestinal contamination of dug wells with hand pump wells based on physical conditions in Jelbuk District, Jember Regency. This study is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. This study used primary data on the physical condition of dug wells and hand pump wells. The sedimentation method obtained primary data on intestinal protozoa contamination by microscopic detection. This study obtained 36 well water samples consisting of 30 dug wells and 6 hand pump wells. Entamoeba histolytica found in 4 dug wells (11.1%) is the type of intestinal protozoa that contaminates. This study concludes that there is a difference in contamination between dug wells and hand-pumped wells because the intestinal protozoan type Entamoeba histolytica is only found in dug well, but statistically, there is no difference in contamination between dug wells and hand-pumped wells.</em></p> Alif Fazduani Syamsuddin Bagus Hermansyah M. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of housewives on waste management. In this research, the researcher used descriptive quantitative research as approach. The method of research is analytical survey while the type of research is cross sectional. The population of 926 KK and used samples of 139 respondent. The results of the chi-square test showed that there is a significant influence between independent variable which is knowledge (p-value = 0,014), attitude (p-value = 0,032), and infrastructure (p-value = 0,012) to wards the behavior of housewives about waste management. From this study, researchers concluded that there was an influence of knowledge, attitudes, infrastructure on the behavior of housewives about waste management in Cabean Village, Sawahan District, Madiun Regency. Suggestions this research is increasing socialization to the public about waste where the community is required to carry out waste management such as waste collection, waste transportation, waste treatment and the final disposal stage. Utilization of the application as a medium that can increase the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of postpartum mothers in conducting postpartum visits. The study aims to develop and to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the Android-based “Hallo Manis”&nbsp;M-health&nbsp;application in postpartum visit compliance compared to the group that was only given health education with the KIA book (Maternal and Child Health). This study was a Research and Development (R&amp;D) consisting of 5 stages, namely literature study, development design model, validity expert, model trial, and product results with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method. Types of research is a true experiment post-test type of only control group design. The population of this study was postpartum mothers &gt; 2 hours postpartum. The sampling technique is probability sampling with random cluster sampling and simple random sampling, the sample size is 30 respondents in each group.&nbsp;The average feasibility test result is 86.41% with a p-value of 0.024. "Hallo Manis" application is feasible and effective for postpartum visit compliance with a p-value of &lt;0.0001. LKD dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan alas kaki terapi yang dapat menurunkan tekanan puncak plantar, mengurangi sakit pada kaki dan mencegah terjadinya LKD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan alas kaki terapi sebagai upaya untuk mencegah luka kaki diabetik pada pasien DM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan sistematik dengan menggunakan penelusuran hasil-hasil publikasi ilmiah, yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2016 sampai 2021 melalui database dan website pencarian <em>PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane Library, Wiley online library, </em>dan<em> DOAJ</em>, kemudian mengikuti pedoman <em>PRISMA</em> serta pertanyaan penelitian menggunakan <em>PICO</em>. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika 11 artikel yang memenuhi syarat terdapat delapan artikel yang <em>cross Sectional Study</em>, satu artikel <em>prospective study</em>, satu artikel <em>case study,</em> dan 1 artikel <em>cohort study</em>. Enam artikel menyatakan jika alas kaki memberikan efek untuk mencegah LKD yaitu jika menggunakan alas kaki terapi secara teratur dengan model alas kaki terapi perpaduan antara <em>insole</em> yang lunak dan <em>outsole</em> serta <em>midsole</em> keras dan tali yang bisa diatur posisinya merupakan desain untuk mengurangi tekanan pada kaki pasien DM dan waktu penggunaannya pagi,siang dan malam baik itu di dalam maupun di luar ruangan. Lima artikel mengenai kepatuhan pasien dalam menggunakan alas kaki terapi yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor iklim, ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan dan pendidikan perawatan kaki yang kurang. This research method uses cross-sectional research with 41 respondents who are CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Sella Maris Hospital Makassar, aged between 22-79 years, hemodialysis adequacy is calculated using the URR and Kt/V formulas and serum albumin is observed by looking at the results. laboratory examination. Results Measurement of hemodialysis adequacy using the URR formula obtained an average result of 63.29% with a standard deviation of 6.9% and hemodialysis adequacy measurements using the Kt/V formula found an average of 1.18 and a standard deviation of 0.23. The results of the observation of serum albumin obtained an average of 3.65 mg/dl with a standard deviation of 0.38 . The results of the study using the Pearson test analysis using both the URR formula and the Kt/V formula showed that there was a significant relationship between adequacy of hemodialysis and serum albumin, which was positively correlated with moderate strength, which means that the more adequate hemodialysis, the higher the albumin value. This type of research is qualitative using ethnographic study approach. Key informants in this study are ethnic Bajo divers who experience and who do not have paralysis. Data collection is done through, observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, as well as triangulation of sources, methods and time. The beliefs and traditions of ethnic Bajo divers are related safety as well as prevention Decompression is before diving ask for safety to the Almighty Creator by saying greetings and basmalah and praying before diving which is a form of permission to The Guardian of the Sea. Several factors affecting the incidence of wound dehiscence include age, gender, malnutrition, anemia, hypoalbuminemia, chronic lung disease, surgical wound infection, malignancy, emergency surgery, jaundice, and obesity. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of post-laparotomy wound dehiscence.</span></em></p> <p><strong><em><span lang="EN-US">Methods:</span></em></strong><em><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;This study was a descriptive retrospective approach. The research data was obtained from the patient's medical record data. The research participants were all post-laparotomy patients at RSUD Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate in January 2019 - December 2021 who are above 18 years old. Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS.&nbsp;</span></em></p> <p><strong><em><span lang="EN-US">Results:</span></em></strong><em><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;This study included 38 samples; the results of nutritional status based on BMI 22 samples were obese (57.9%), nine patients were overweight (23.7%), six patients had normal BMI (15.8%), and one patient category Underweight (2.6%). If seen from the Hb of post-laparotomy patients with wound dehiscence, 21 patients had anemia (55.3%), and 17 patients did not have anemia (44.7%).</span></em></p> <p><strong><em><span lang="EN-US">Conclusion:</span></em></strong><em><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;The most common post-laparotomy wound dehiscence with nutrition occurred in women, age group 18-29 years, cesarean section surgery, nutritional status of obesity, and anemia.</span></em></p> Prita Aulia M. An increase in hormones leads to gingival changes and a decrease in salivary flow that can affect the hygiene of the oral cavity and periodontal tissues leading to the occurrence of local inflammation and increased plaque accumulation. A sustained increase in plaque accumulation leads to periodontal disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the hygiene status of the oral cavity and the health of the periodontal tissue of pregnant women.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Method</strong>: This type of research is descriptive observational with a total sampling data collection technique involving 51 pregnant women in 8 posyandu Pondokrejo Village, Glantangan Plantation area. Data collection was obtained through&nbsp;<em>the oral hygiene index simplified&nbsp;</em>(OHI-S),&nbsp;<em>Community Periodontal Index of Treatment Needs</em>&nbsp;(CPITN), and questionnaires.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Results</strong>: The results of the OHI-S examination of pregnant women were obtained at 58.8% including moderate criteria, 35.3% bad, and 5.9% good. CPITN results are healthy periodontal 0%; bleeding when probing 0%; calculus and other retentive factors 86.3%; pathological pocket 4-5 mm 11.8%; pathological pocket 6 mm 2%. Pregnant women were most in the age of 26-35 years (58.82%), 3rd trimester (41.18%), last primary education (43.14%), had one-sided chewing habits (56.86%), never visited the dentist (92.16%), never scaling (90.20%), and brushed their teeth every bath (68.63%).&nbsp;<strong>Conclusion</strong>: The most common oral health status in pregnant women in the glantangan plantation area is moderate. The most appropriate stage of disaster management to reduce disaster risk is in the pre-disaster stage. Preliminary study of 6 students at STIKes Tengku Maharatu, it was found that the level of student knowledge related to disaster was low. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional design, conducted at STIKes Tengku Maharatu and carried out in July 2022. The population is 161 active students at STIKes Tengku Maharatu. The study used 115 samples taken using simple random sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results showed that the variables that were significantly related to disaster preparedness among students at STIKes Tengku Maharatu were knowledge (p=0.005), attitude (p=0.007). Meanwhile, the unrelated variable is the force (p=0.394).
