Skrining Isolat Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteri (PGPR) dari Pertanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum) di Gorontalo
Abstract
Sebanyak 25 rizobakteri telah diisolasi dari tanaman bawang merah di Gorontalo dan telah diuji kemampuannya sebagai isolat potensial (PGPR). 19 isolat yang menghasilkan metabolit sekunder komponen PGPR seperti auksin, giberelin, fiksasi N2, pelarut fosfat, siderophores dan sifat antagonis terhadap Fusarium oxysporum f, sp cepae. Isolat GR 7, GR 11, GR 21, GR 24 dan GR 25 berpotensi sebagai konsorsium formulasi bakteri PGPR karena dapat menghasilkan metabolit sekunder yang berguna untuk pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah.This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
