UPAYA UNICEF DALAM MENANGANI PEMBEBASAN TENTARA ANAK DI SUDAN SELATAN TAHUN 2015-2018

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi politik dan diplomatik yang menjelaskan peran UNICEF dalam membebaskan tentara anak di Sudan Selatan. kajian penelitian ini fokus pada bagaimana UNICEF menyelesaikan pembebasan tentara anak di Sudan Selatan pada tahun 2015-2018. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana UNICEF membebaskan tentara anak di Sudan Selatan. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori organisasi internasional dari Clive Archer dan keamanan internasional yang membahas mengenai human security. UNICEF merupakan salah satu organisasi internasional yang menangani tentang anak, melalui permasalah tentara anak dibutuhkannya peran organisasi internasional yang dapat menjadi fasilitator, komunikator dan motivator yang dapat bekerjasama dengan pemerintah dan tentara oposisi dalam membebaskan tentara anak. Dalam penggunaan tentara anak merupakan sebuah pelanggaran human security yang mempengaruhi keamanan internasional. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan beberapa program yang akan dijalankan untuk membebaskan dan memfasilitasi para korban tentara anak di Sudan Selatan.
