<p>Vannamei shrimp (<em>Litopenaeus vannamei</em>) is a fishery product that is prone to spoilage due to microbes during storage, hence finding solutions to extend its shelf life is necessary. One effective technique to inhibit microbial growth is non-thermal preservation using gamma irradiation. However, the irradiation dose must be carefully considered to avoid reducing the protein content in the shrimp. This study aims to determine the effect of gamma irradiation dose (Cesium-137) on the protein content of vannamei shrimp. The research method used Cesium-137 irradiation with varying doses of 0 mGy (control), 10 mGy (0.4 hours), 30 mGy (0.9 hours), and 50 mGy (1.3 hours). Sample irradiation was performed at a constant distance of 100 cm. Protein content was determined using Uv-Vis spectrophotometry, referencing standard curves and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) solution concentrations. The results showed protein contents of 0.146%, 0.180%, 0.268%, and 0.316%, respectively. These results indicate that protein content has a significant relationship with the radiation dose and irradiation time of Cesium-137. <p>HIV/AIDS is one of the infectious diseases that remains a major health issue in many regions, including South Sulawesi. This study discusses the Suceptible Infected AIDS Treatment (SIAT) model for HIV/AIDS in South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to build a model of the spread of HIV/AIDS using the SIAT model, analyze models and simulations to see the dynamics of HIV/AIDS cases in South Sulawesi. The initial step of the research was to build a SIAT model for HIV/AIDS, determine the equilibrium point and determine the basic reproductive value (R<sub>0</sub>). Next, analyze the stability of the equilibrium point and then determine the initial variable values and parameter values. Lastly do the simulation and interpretation of the simulation results. The results of the this study were obtained by the SIAT mathematical model in the from of a system of differential equations, where both disease-free and disease-endemic equilibrium points are stable. The basic reproduction number (R<sub>0</sub>) obtained is <1,which means thet the disease will disapper and will not spread to a population. The results of the analysis show that both types of equilibrium have negative eigenvalues so that it can be concluded that the disease-free and disease-endemic equilibrium points are stable.</p>Muhammad IbrahimIrwan IrwanHikmawati Pathuddin

<p>Germination is an important initial process for seed-bearing plants. Several special treatments are carried out to break dormancy and stimulate seed germination. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of visible light spectrum and gibberellin hormone (GA3) on initiating the germination of mung beans. This research uses an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) on mung bean plants (<em>Vigna radiata</em> L.). The results of the study showed that the single factor of red light influenced the growth of radicles and plumules of seedlings, while the single factor of GA3 at a concentration of 75 ppm affected the length of radicles. The combination of red light treatment and 75 ppm GA3 showed the best results for radicle elongation at the 12-hour observation time. <p>Queues usually occur because the number of consumers served exceeds capacity. Pindad General Hospital is a hospital that provides patient services and there are often queues to provide services. Pindad General Hospital has three service facilities with one queue, such as the Multi Channel Single Phase (MCSP) queuing process by implementing First Come First Served (FCFS) queuing. This research aims to analyze queuing methods and model the queuing system that occurs in the service section of Pindad General Hospital as a material study to evaluate the performance system at Pindad General Hospital. Data collection was carried out by observing the receptionist service. The data analysis was carried out by testing the distribution of patient arrivals and services to patients using the Kolmogorov Smirnov Test and conducting a steady state condition test. Then proceed with analyzing the data using the MCSP queuing system model to evaluate performance using the SPSS application. The results show that the queuing system modeling applied by Pindad General Hospital is the model. The three service facilities that are available really help the service performance at Pindad General Hospital, so there is no need for additional service facilities.</p>Linatul Af IdahAsmara Iriani TariganDarsih Idayani

<p>Deconstructivist architecture is a branch of architecture that renews the form of modernism and tends to be minimalist, resulting in freer and more dynamic shapes with the aim of creating unique and characterful building designs. This research aims to design a planetarium in Makassar City using the principles and guidelines of deconstructivist architecture. The research process began with data collection through field surveys, followed by the formulation of the design concept. Primary data collection was carried out using descriptive methods, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies. The results show that the application of deconstructivist architecture concepts in the design of the Makassar City Planetarium is evident in design elements such as form, façade walls, aesthetic accents, and the use of vertical circulation within the building. This research is expected to contribute to the development of contemporary architecture and serve as a reference for designing buildings with similar concepts.</p>Amri YahyaZulkarnain AsMuhammad Chaidar Febriansyah

<p>The Pinisi ship is one of the masterpieces and symbols of the Bulukumba community, known as <em>Butta Panrita Lopi</em> or the region inhabited by people who are experts in making Pinisi ships. Although the Pinisi ships from Bulukumba are well-known internationally, the region still faces challenges in promoting and preserving its cultural heritage. This study aims to design a Pinisi Ship Museum by applying iconic architecture principles. This serves as an option to introduce and preserve the cultural heritage of the Pinisi ship, and the museum is expected to become a new icon in Bulukumba Regency. The research method used includes field surveys to collect primary data on the physical environmental conditions of the location, and descriptive methods such as literature review and precedent studies to gather data and examples of buildings related to the design concept. The results show that the iconic architecture applied to the design of the Pinisi Ship Museum incorporates the philosophy of the elements that form the Pinisi ship into the building design. The application of iconic architecture for the Pinisi Ship Museum in Bulukumba Regency results in a unique form that portrays the grandeur of a building, making it a new icon in Bulukumba.</p>Annisa YusdarZulkarnain AsAhmad Ibrahim
