PRINSIP-PRINSIP BELAJAR DAN PEMBELAJARAN (Perhatian dan Motivasi, Keaktifan, Keterlibatan Langsung, Pengulangan, Tantangan dan Perbedaan Individu)

Abstrak:
Pembelajaran dapat mengalami kegagalan antara lain penyebabnya adalah tidak diterapkannya prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran. Tiap proses belajar memiliki prinsip-prinsip tertentu agar peserta didik dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran sedemikian rupa. Oleh karena itu, belajar dan pembelajaran seharusnya dilaksanakan dengan prinsip yang terkait dengan maintain students’ interest in learning agar proses transfer of knowledge, informasi dan culture dapat terjadi dalam suasana yang nyaman. Salah satu tantangan dalam konteks pendidikan yang harus dihadapi oleh guru dalam kelas adalah menarik perhatian peserta didik terhadap materi yang diajarkannya dan berusaha mempertahankan perhatian tersebut. Transfer informasi akan mudah terjadi bila penyajian materi dilakukan oleh guru dengan cara yang menarik sehingga mampu menggugah motivasi peserta didik untuk terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Kemampuan guru memberi tantangan dan mengerti style belajar yang bervariasi dapat membantu peserta didik lebih bergairah dalam belajar.

Learning can fail Among other the cause is not the application of principles of learning. Each learning process has certain principles so that learners can follow the learning process in such a way. Therefore, learning and learning should be implemented with the principles related to maintaining students' interest in learning so that the process of transfer of knowledge, information and culture can occur in a comfortable atmosphere. One of the challenges in the educational context that teachers must confront in the classroom is to attract students' attention to the material they are taught and to maintain that attention. Transfer of information will be easy when the presentation of the material done by the teacher in an interesting way so as to generate motivation of learners to be actively involved in the learning process. The ability of teachers to challenge and understand varied learning styles can help students be more passionate about learning.
