MANAJEMEN STRATEGI SEBAGAI PARADIGMA BARU DALAM PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN: SEBUAH REVIEW LITERATUR
Abstrak
Dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan pesat dalam sektor pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan perlu beradaptasi dengan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam penerapan manajemen strategi sebagai paradigma baru dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan sumber literatur yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar yang dipilih dari terbitan 2014-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen strategi di lembaga pendidikan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas akademik, kepuasan mahasiswa, dan reputasi global lembaga. Implementasi strategi berbasis data, perencanaan strategis, integrasi internasionalisasi, dan Total Quality Management (TQM) terbukti efektif dalam memperbaiki hasil akademik dan reputasi lembaga. Selain itu, faktor internal seperti budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional, serta faktor eksternal seperti regulasi pemerintah, teknologi, dan tuntutan pasar mempengaruhi efektivitas manajemen strategi. Model-model manajemen strategi, seperti Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dan SWOT analysis menunjukkan relevansi yang berbeda; BSC lebih berfokus pada pengukuran kinerja jangka panjang, sedangkan SWOT analysis berguna untuk analisis awal dan perumusan strategi adaptif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai peran manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing lembaga pendidikan dalam konteks globalisasi dan perubahan lingkungan.
