INSTRUMEN EKONOMI PADA DANA JAMINAN UNTUK PEMULIHAN FUNGSI LINGKUNGAN HIDUP

Setiap aktivitas ekonomi senantiasa bersentuhan dengan pengelolaan lingkungan, seperti eksploitasi sumber daya alam, baik yang terbarukan maupun tidak terbarukan yang senantiasa dimulai dari aspek ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan studi pustaka dengan berbagai referensi jurnal dan buku serta beberapa artikel terbaik dan terbaru. Penelitian Pustaka yaitu Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan data dan landasan teoritis dengan mempelajari buku, karya ilmiah, hasil penelitian terdahulu, jurnal-jurnal terkait, artikel-artikel yang terkait serta sumber-sumber yang terkait dengan penelitian sesuai dengan penelitian yang diteliti. Instrumen ekonomi lingkungan hidup menekankan adanya keuntungan ekonomi bagi penanggung jawab Usaha dan/atau kegiatan bila mematuhi persyaratan lingkungan hidup yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Dana Penjamin untuk Pemulihan Fungsi Lingkungan Hidup disediakan oleh Pelaku Usaha dalam bentuk deposito berjangka, tabungan bersama, bank garansi, polis asuransi dan lainnya sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Abstract
Every economic activity is always in contact with environmental management, such as the exploitation of natural resources, both renewable and non-renewable, starting from the economic aspect that affects the quality of the environment. This research was conducted based on a literature study with various references to journals and books as well as some of the best and most updated articles. Library research, namely research carried out by collecting data and theoretical foundations by studying books, scientific works, results of previous research, related journals, related articles and sources related to research in accordance with the research being studied. Environmental economic instruments emphasize the existence of economic benefits for the person in charge of the business and/or activity if they comply with the environmental requirements stipulated in the laws and regulations. Guarantee Funds for the Recovery of Environmental Functions are provided by Business Actors in the form of time deposits, joint savings, bank guarantees, insurance policies and others in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
