Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah melalui perkara sederhana di Pengadilan Agama Mungkid. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada metode penyelesaian yang seharusnya menggunakan gugatan sederhana, namun akhirnya diselesaikan dengan gugatan biasa. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Undang-undang, PERMA, dan putusan pengadilan, dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian dalam merujuk pada ketentuan hukum yang digunakan oleh majelis hakim, yang tidak sejalan dengan PERMA No 4 Tahun 2019. Pada penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah di Pengadilan Agama Mungkid, juga terdapat kesalahan dalam memilih pendekatan terkait penggunaan majelis hakim atau hakim tunggal. Hal ini menandakan pentingnya melakukan studi lebih lanjut terkait penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah di Pengadilan Agama Mungkid guna memastikan bahwa proses hukum berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, serta meminimalkan kemungkinan kesalahan dalam penyelesaian sengketa di masa mendatang.

Abstract
This research aims to investigate the resolution of Sharia economic disputes through simple cases in the Mungkid Religious Court. The main focus of the study is on the resolution method, which should ideally use a simple lawsuit but is ultimately settled through a regular lawsuit. The data used is derived from laws, Supreme Court regulations (PERMA), and court decisions, analyzed through a qualitative approach. The results indicate a discrepancy in referencing the legal provisions used by the panel of judges, which does not align with PERMA No. 4 of 2019. In the resolution of Sharia economic disputes in the Mungkid Religious Court, there is also an error in choosing the approach regarding the use of a panel of judges or a single judge. This underscores the importance of further studies regarding the resolution of Sharia economic disputes in the Mungkid Religious Court to ensure that legal processes adhere to applicable regulations and minimize the possibility of errors in dispute resolution in the future.
