PENGELOLAAN BANTUAN DANA PENDIDIKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan setiap manusia yang harus dijalankan secara berkesinambungan dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia itu sendiri. Pokok permasalahan dalam penlitian ini yaitu Pengelolaan Bantuan Dana Pendidikan dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam (Study Kasus Baitul Maal As’Adiyah Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis, empiris dan syariat. Hasil penelitian adalahSistem pengumpulannya yang dilakukan Baitul Maal As’Adiyah yaitu pertama pihak Baitul Maal As’Adiyah datang langsung kerumah masyarakat, kedua pihak Baitul Maal As’Adiyah membagikan tabungan berkah keluarga dengan gerakan 1000 sehari, ketiga masyarakat atau donatur yang ingin menyumbang bisa datang langsung ke kantor Baitul Maal As’Adiyah Wonomulyo. Penyaluran dana untuk bantuan konsumtif, program bantuan pendidikan atau beasiswa itu sendiri lebih bersifat konsumtif. Bantuan pendidikan ini terkhusus pada pelajar dhuafa di As’Adiyah Wonomulyo yang kurang mampu dalam hal pembiayaan untuk pendidikan dan memberikan bantuan dana atau gaji kepada tenaga pengajar. Dan Pemberdayaan untuk kebutuhan pembagunan infrastruktur pondok pesatren As’Adiyah tahfidz, pembangunan rumah ibadah, bantuan biaya pendidikan siswa dan santri di As’Adiyah Wonomulyo yang Dhuafa dapat meningkatkan orang-orang dhuafa dan meningkatkan perekonomian ummat.

Abstract
Education is a very important thing in the life of every human being that must be carried out continuously by following the times in order to improve the quality of human life itself. The main problem in this research is the Management of Education Fund Assistance in the Perspective of Islamic Law (Baitul Maal As'Adiyah Wonomulyo Case Study, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is qualitative, with the research approach used is juridical, empirical and saria.The results of the research are the collection system carried out by Baitul Maal As'Adiyah, namely, first, the Baitul Maal As'Adiyah came directly to the community's house, the two Baitul Maal As'Adiyah parties distributed family blessing savings with a movement of 1000 a day, the three communities or donors who wanted to donate could come directly to the Baitul Maal As'Adiyah Wonomulyo office. The distribution of funds for consumptive assistance, educational assistance programs or scholarships itself is more consumptive in nature. This educational assistance is specifically for poor students in As'Adiyah Wonomulyo who are less well off in terms of financing for education and providing financial assistance or salaries to teaching staff. And Empowerment for the need for infrastructure development for As'Adiyah Tahfidz Islamic boarding schools, construction of houses of worship, assistance for the education costs of students and students at As'Adiyah Wonomulyo who are Dhuafa can improve poor people and improve the economy of the ummah.
