PROBLEMATIKA PENGHIMPUNAN DANA AKAD MUDHARABAH DI BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL FASTABIQUL KHAERAT MAKASSAR

Perkembangan lembaga keuangan di Indonesia saat ini sangatlah pesat baik mikro maupun makro, hal ini ditandai semakin banyaknya lembaga keuangan yang berdiri, salah satunya yaitu Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil merupakan bagian dari ekonomi syariah, yang bentuknya semacam lembaga swadaya masyarakat yang sistem operasionalnya tidak mengandalkan bunga, bentuknya seperti Bank koperasi dengan pengecualian ukurannya yang kecil dan tidak mempunyai akses ke pasar uang disamping banyaknya keunggulan yang ditawarkan oleh BMT masih terdapat banyak problematika yang dihadapi baik dari segi penghimpunan maupun penyalurannya, di BMT Fastabiqul Khaerat misalnya, minat Masyarakat untuk menghimpun dana dengan akad mudharabah sangat kecil (deposito dan tabungan Mudharabah), untuk itu diperlukan adanya solusi dalam menanggulangi problematika-problematika yang dihadapi BMT.

The development of financial institutions in Indonesia is currently very fast, both micro and macro, this is indicated by the increasing number of financial institutions that have been established, one of which is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil is part of the sharia economy, which is a kind of non-governmental organization whose system is its operations do not rely on interest, it is shaped like a cooperative bank with the exception of its small size and does not have access to the money market in addition to the many advantages offered by BMT there are still many problems faced both in terms of collection and distribution, in BMT Fastabiqul Khaerat for example, public interest in collect funds with very small mudharabah contracts (mudharabah deposits and savings), for this reason a solution is needed to overcome the problems faced by BMT
