PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN MAHASISWA TENTANG BSI TERHADAP MINAT MENABUNG DI BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA
Abstract
Abstract
The principles of Islamic economics have been applied since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. and continued to propagate into the dynasty that followed. Transaction models such as collecting people's funds, borrowing money and goods, distributing funds to the public are handled by state financial institutions (baitul mal). Bermuamalah requires two parties, namely between the first and second parties, as a form of social relations that will be built later. Bermuamalah is very closely related to the relationship between each other. One example of muamalah is saving in a bank which will later meet needs. In general, banks are divided into two, namely Islamic banks and conventional banks. Basically, a bank that is in accordance with sharia guidelines is a sharia bank. However, in reality the existence of Islamic banks is still not well known in the community. There are several factors that influence the lack of interest of students in using Islamic banks, namely: location factors or the spread of Islamic Bank units that are not evenly distributed in each region, promotion factors, namely poor marketing strategies, student knowledge factors about Islamic banks that are still lacking and stigma that Islamic banks are only labeled as sharia but in practice they still use the conventional system, as well as university policy factors that still use conventional bank services in paying tuition fees. Based on this, it encourages the author to raise "The Influence of Student Knowledge About BSI on Interest in Savings in Indonesian Islamic Banks (Student Study of Sharia Economics Law UIN Alauddin Makassar) as the title of this research.
