Abstract
Islam is a religion that does not make it difficult for people to practice leasing as long as it is in accordance with Islamic law. Islamic law does not ignore the reality in every case that it is permitted and forbidden, nor does it ignore the reality in every regulation and law that it establishes, whether it be individuals, families, communities, states and mankind. The practice of renting ponds in Sappa Bungoro Village, Bungoro Subdistrict, Pangkep Regency provides a solution for people who will enter into an agreement that if they want to make an agreement, they should use a written agreement because it uses stronger evidence. So that both parties to the agreement do not suffer losses. Judging from the provisions of Islamic law regarding the rental of ponds is not in accordance with Islamic law. because it is detrimental to one of the parties where the owner of the pond asks for additional fees to the tenant after the agreement already exists. There are many rental events, one of which is the rental of ponds that are used to earn a living by working on them. If someone enters into an agreement with another party, all parties must comply with the contents of the agreement and may not unilaterally change or revoke the agreement, but in fact there are cases where after entering into the agreement he or she denies the contents of the agreement where the party who rents the pond adds fees after make a pact
