Praktik jual beli salam (pesanan) pada toko Sisy Shop Kab. Gowa merupakan kegiatan jual beli dimana pembeli melakukan pembayaran di awal dan barangnya akan diserahkan kemudian hari sesuai dengan kepakatan. Mengenai pembayaran di awal toko Sisy Shop menerapkan sistem pembayaran yaitu dengan transfer antar bank. Rumusan masalah dalam yaitu: Bagaimana praktik jual beli salam (pesanan) pada toko Sisy Shop Kab. Gowa dan Bagaimana peirspeiktiif fiiqh muamalah teirhadap jual beilii salam (peisanan) seicara onliinei pada toko Siisy Shop Kab. Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, obervasi dan dokumentasi. Praktek jual beli salam secara online pada toko Sisy Shop sebagian telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat jual beli salam, dan sebagian pula adanya syarat yang tidak terpenuhi yaitu akibat dari kelalaian penjual mengenai penyerahan barang kepada pembeli yang tidak tepat waktu. Sehingga menimbulkan kekecewaan dan mengakaibatkan adanya kerugian salah satu pihak. Dalam proseis jual beilii diipeirlukan seibuah iitiikad baiik seipeirtii jujur, adiil dan tanggung jawab. Adapun tanggung jawab seiorang peinjual tiidak hanya pada saat meineiriima peimbayaran teitapii sampaii barang teirseibut diiteiriima oleih peimbeilii.

Abstract

The practice of buying and selling greetings (orders) at the Sisy Shop Kab. Gowa is a buying and selling activity where the buyer makes an initial payment and the goods will be delivered at a later date according to the agreement. Regarding payment at the start of the shop, Sisy Shop implements a payment system, namely by bank transfer. The internal problem formulation is: How is the practice of buying and selling greetings (orders) at the Sisy Shop Kab. Gowa and How is the perspective of muamalah fiqh on buying and selling greetings (orders) online at the Sisy Shop Kab. Gowa. This research is a field research using qualitative research methods. Collecting data in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The practice of buying and selling greetings online at the Sisy Shop store has partially fulfilled the pillars and conditions for buying and selling greetings, and partly there are conditions that are not met, namely the result of the seller's negligence regarding the delivery of goods to buyers who are not on time. So that it causes disappointment and results in a loss to one of the parties. In the buying and selling process, good faith is needed, such as honesty, fairness and responsibility. The responsibility of a seller is not only when receiving payment but until the goods are received by the buyer.
