TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP STRATEGI PEMASARAN TOUR TRAVEL HAJI DAN UMRAH PADA PT. DARMAWAN TOUR & TRAVEL

Pokok permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hukum islam terhadap strategi pemasaran tour travel haji dan umrah pad PT. Darmawan tour & Travel. Pokok masalah tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 sub masalah yakni: Bagaimana bentuk dan strategi yang digunakan oleh PT.Darmawan Tour & Travel dalam menjalankan usahanya dan Bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap penggunaan strategi pemasaran PT.Darmawan Tour & Travel dalam mendapatkan konsumen Bagaimana bentuk dan strategi yang digunakan oleh PT.Darmawan Tour & Travel dalam menjalankan usahanya.Penelitian yang digunakan adalah peneltian kualitatif atau penelitian lapangan (field Research) dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pendekatan syariah dan pendekatan normatif empiris. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel. Selanjutnya metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan dikumentasi. Kemudian, terknik pengolahaan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui dua tahapan yakni Teknik pengelolaan dan analisis data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel adalah dengan melakukan pemasaran melalui beberapa metode, yaitu Youtube, Facebook, dan Instagram berupa video, foto dan beberapa testimoni dari jamaah yang telah menjalani ibadah haji & umroh melalui PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel dalam bentuk visual.Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bahwa: 1) Dalam penelitian ditemukan secara signifikan terhadap bagaimana cara mensosialisasikan dengan baik terkait dengan pemasaran melaui sosial media seperti Youtube,Facebook,Instagram serta Whatsapp, dll. 2) Lebih memperhatiakan dengan baik terkait dengan srategi pemasaran Travel PT.Darmawan Tour & Travel sesuai dengan ketentuan ketentuan syariat Islam.

Abstract
The main problem of this research is how Islamic law relates to the marketing strategy of Hajj and Umrah travel tours at PT. Darmawan tour & Travel. The subject matter is divided into 2 sub-problems, namely: What are the forms and strategies used by PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel in running its business and what are the views of Islamic law on the use of PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel's marketing strategy in getting consumers What forms and strategies are used by PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel in running its business. The research used is qualitative research or field research with the approach used is a sharia approach and an empirical normative approach. The data source in this study is PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel. Furthermore, the data collection method used is observation, interviews and documented. Then, data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through two stages, namely management techniques and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used by PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel is marketing through several methods, namely Youtube, Facebook and Instagram in the form of videos, photos and several testimonials from pilgrims who have undergone the Hajj & Umrah pilgrimage through PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel in visual form. This research has the implications that: 1) In research it was found significantly to how to socialize properly related to marketing through social media such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp, etc. 2) Paying more attention to PT. Darmawan Tour & Travel's Travel marketing strategy in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law.
