Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Pelayanan dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja pegawai Tata Usaha Fakultas Syariah Dan Hukum Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar. Teknik atau metode pengumpulan data penelitian melalui interview, penyebaran kuisioner, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Pelayanan, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tata Usaha Fakultas Syariah Dan Hukum Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar. Dari hasil pengujian regresi maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Tata Usaha Fakultas Syariah Dan Hukum Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar adalah Kompetensi.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of services and competencies on the performance of administrative employees at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar.Techniques or methods for collecting research data through interviews, distributing questionnaires, observation, and document review. Researchers used quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing in this research.The results of this research show that service effectiveness and competency have a positive and significant effect on the administrative performance of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar. From the results of the regression testing, it can be seen that the dominant variable influencing the Administrative Performance of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar is Competence.
