IMPLEMENTASI PENGELOLAAN DANA ZAKAT DI KABUPATEN LUWU

Zakat adalah ibadah ma’liah ijtima’iyyah yang memiliki posisi yang strategis dan menentukan bagi pembangunan kesejahteraan umat. Zakat tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai suatu ibadah yang bersifat vertikal kepada Allah (habluminallah). Dalam pengelolaan zakat di Baznas mencakup dalam 3 hal yaitu pengumpulan, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan. Dimana dalam pelaksanaan zakat yang dilakukan Baznas Luwu mengikuti aturan perundang-undangan terkait Baznas yang berlaku diseluruh wilayah indonesia, dan kami melaksanakan beberapa program zakat seperti Zmart, Zfoto (Bengkel), dan Zkopi. Program Zmart bertujuan untuk mendorong ekonomi masyarakat muslim dengan memberikan dana zakat kepada mereka yang sudah punya usaha, sehingga mereka dapat mengembangkan bisnis mereka sendiri. Pendistribusian zakat produktif, BAZNAS kabupaten Luwu harus menunjukkan integritas dan kejujuran dalam setiap tindakannya. Hal ini penting karena berdasarkan kejujuran dan kebenaran, BAZNAS kabupaten Luwu tetap bertahan dan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari mitra-mitranya hingga sekarang.

Abstract
Zakat is a ma'liah ijtima'iyyah worship that has a strategic and decisive position for the development of the welfare of the people. Zakat does not only function as a vertical worship to Allah (habluminallah). In the management of zakat at Baznas, it includes 3 things, namely collection, distribution and utilization. Where in the implementation of zakat carried out by Baznas Luwu, it follows the laws and regulations related to Baznas that apply throughout Indonesia, and we implement several zakat programs such as Zmart, Zfoto (Bengkel), and Zkopi. The Zmart program aims to encourage the economy of the Muslim community by providing zakat funds to those who already have businesses, so that they can develop their own businesses. Distribution of productive zakat, BAZNAS Luwu Regency must demonstrate integrity and honesty in every action. This is important because based on honesty and truth, BAZNAS Luwu Regency has survived and gained the trust of its partners until now.
