ANALISIS JUAL BELI PRODUK PAKAIAN IMITASI DI TOKO OTLET BIRU (OB) YOGYAKARTA PRESPEKTIF SOSIOLOGI HUKUM

Tren produk fashion Internasional mempengaruhi gaya berpakaian kaula muda. Keterbatasan akses untuk mendapatkan barang yang diinginkan dengan kualitas original serta harga yang tidak terjangkau bagi beberapa kalangan, pengaruh sosial membuat keinginan untuk memiliki pakaian yang sedang tren. Dengan pengaruh lingkungan, media sosial dan orang terdekat. Fenomena ini di manfaatkan oleh pihak penjual pakaian untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dengan membuat barang imitasi yang sangat mirip dengan barang asli untuk mendapatkan konsumen. Harga yang murah serta merek dan bentuk yang sama menjadi daya tarik konsumen untuk membeli barang imitasi di toko Outlet Biru Yogyakarta, mayoritas konsumen merupakan mahasiswa dan masyarakat yang kurang edukasi tentang peraturan pemerintah Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Hak Cipta. Hal seperti ini mempengaruhi mental anak muda untuk mementingkan keinginan sementara dari pada kwalitas yang baik. Serta dapat mengurangi minat untuk mencintai produk lokal.

International fashion product trends influence young people's clothing styles. Limited access to get the desired goods with original quality and prices that are unaffordable for some groups, social influences make the desire to have trendy clothes. With the influence of the environment, social media and those closest to you. This phenomenon is exploited by clothing sellers to make a profit by making imitation goods that are very similar to genuine goods to attract consumers. Cheap prices and the same brand and shape attract consumers to buy imitation goods at the Yogyakarta Blue Outlet shop. The majority of consumers are students and people who lack education about government regulations, Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Things like this influence the mentality of young people to prioritize temporary desires rather than good quality. And it can reduce interest in loving local products.
