Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the da'wah strategy of the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation in fostering converts to Muallaf Darussalam Village, Betteng Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency presents two sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the form of the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation's da'wah program in fostering converts to Muallaf Darussalam Village, Kelurahan Betteng, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency? 2) What are the steps of the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation in coaching converts to Muallaf Darussalam Village, Betteng Village, Lembang District, and Pinrang Regency?This type of research is qualitative research with a da'wah approach. The data sources for this research amounted to 8 informants, namely, 3 coaches in the village of converts, 3 converts, the leadership of the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation, and the Head of KUA Lembang District. Furthermore, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques include data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study show the da'wah strategy of the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation in fostering converts to Muallaf Darussalam Village, Betteng Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. The form of the da'wah program carried out by the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation is Al-Qur'an learning, basic understanding of religion, and economic empowerment for the welfare of converts. The steps taken by the Darussalam Pinrang Foundation in fostering converts to converts in Muallaf Darussalam Village, Betteng Village, Lembang District, and Pinrang Regency consist of delivering da'wah, or religious teaching, using the bil al-hikmah and bil hal methods, paying attention to and facilitating the needs of converts, and motivating the children of converts to be active. Learn the Qur'an by giving rewards.The implications of this research are: 1) With the development of the converts village, it will make it easier for converts in Muallaf Darussalam Village, Betteng Subdistrict, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency, to worship and get guidance from the preacher in learning about their new religion, namely Islam. 2) The da'wah strategy implemented by the preacher in fostering converts, is able to attract the attention of converts and has high motivation and enthusiasm for learning Islam.
