IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN DAKWAH DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK SISWA SIT IKHTIAR MAKASSAR

Abstract

This research aims to find out the programmes of educators in fostering student morals at Ikhtiar Makassar Integrated Islamic School (SIT) and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The sub-problems raised are: (1) How are the programmes of educators in fostering student morals at SIT Ikhtiar Makassar? and (2) How are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by SIT Ikhtiar in fostering student morals? The method used is qualitative research with a da'wah management approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews with educators, while secondary data from literature reviews, articles, and books. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of da'wah management in fostering student morals involves careful planning, effective organisation, consistent implementation, active participation of students, periodic evaluation, involvement of parents and the community, and personal coaching. These factors support the effectiveness of moral development at SIT Ikhtiar, so that it can form students with noble character
