STRATEGI PENGURUS MASJID DALAM MEMBINA PEMAHAMAN KEAGAMAAN REMAJA MASJID BAITURRAHMAN KELURAHAN BATANG KALUKU KECAMATAN SOMBA OPU

Abstrak

The main problem in this study is how the mosque management strategy fosters religious understanding among youth at Baiturrahman Mosque in Batang Kaluku Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the mosque management strategy for fostering the religious understanding of the Baiturrahman mosque youth and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for mosque management in fostering the religious understanding of the Baiturrahman mosque youth. This type of research is classified as qualitative with a research approach, namely the human resource management approach. The data sources for this study consisted of 7 informants, namely the mosque administrator, the chairman of the mosque management, the deputy administrator, the secretary, the treasurer, the chairman of the mosque youth, and the general assistant. Methods of collecting data include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Mosque Management Strategy in Fostering Religious Understanding of Youth Mosques is a forum for teenagers who are generally given deeper religious knowledge and learn to organize, both religious knowledge based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The supporting factors for mosque administrators in fostering mosque youth are the support from mosque management, the support from the community, the existence of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the existence of sufficient supporting funds. The obstacles to fostering mosque youth are the existence of a work program that has not been running; the Zakat, Infaq, and Alms systems since the first establishment of mosque youth until now have not been implemented; and the problem of morality. The implications of this research are: 1) For mosque administrators, according to the researcher's view, development is needed in terms of understanding mosques. Where mosques are defined as places of worship only, there are many activities that we can do in mosques that can develop the potential of teenagers so that they do not get bored in prospering. mosque. 2) It is hoped that religious leaders will always cooperate with Masjid youth in terms of coaching. 3) For the local government (Regent, Lurah, and Camat) to provide both moral and material assistance to achieve the expected goals.
