STRATEGI DAKWAH KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA DALAM MENGENTASKAN TRADISI BUNGUNG SALAPANG DI KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

Abstrak

This study aims to determine how the da'wah strategy in alleviating the Bungung Salapang tradition of Bontorappo Village, Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency. Then present 2 main problems namely. 1) what is the description of the Bungung Salapang tradition in the people of Bontorrappo Village, Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency ?, 2) what is the da'wah strategy in alleviating the Bungung Salapang tradition of Bontorappo Village, Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency? This type of research is a qualitative study with the approach used is the preaching management approach. The source of this research data is the village apparatus, Bungung Salapang management, adherents of the Bungung Salapang tradition, the government. Furthermore, the data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study illustrate the Bungung Salapang tradition in the Bontorappo Village community, Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency, which is the poorest tradition carried out by the community, but in carrying out the Bungung Salapang tradition there is something wrong that is not in accordance with Islamic teachings such as, the presentation of offerings, and asking facilitated soul mate, perseverance and things to be achieved besides Allah, so that the community adherents of the tradition need to be given a better understanding of Islam, especially monotheism, and in this case it is necessary to have the right da'wah strategy to align people's beliefs and strengthen their faith.
