IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN DAKWAH PONDOK PESANTREN AL HIKAM DALAM MEMBINA KADER DAI DI KABUPATEN JENEPONTO
Abstrak
This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Da'wah Management of Al Hikam Islamic Boarding School in Fostering Dai Cadres in Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency which then becomes two subtantiated problems, namely: (1) How is the implementation of the da'wah management function of Al-Hikam Islamic boarding school in fostering dai cadres in Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency? (2) What are the supporting factors for the success of Al Hikam Islamic boarding school in fostering dai cadres in Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency? This research uses qualitative research using a da'wah management approach. Primary data were obtained from the head of the boarding school, coaches and students of Al Hikam boarding school, while secondary data from literature studies, articles, and books. The data collection used is observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results showed that the form of application of the da'wah management function at Al Hikam Islamic Boarding School, Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency, namely: planning form, organizing form, implementation form, and supervision form are applied systematically to ensure the quality of dai character development. The supporting factors are the support from the government, competent coaches and adequate facilities that support the da'wah training process of students and santri of Al Hikam Islamic Boarding School
