STRATEGI DAI WAHDAH ISLAMIYAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN MUZAKKI MELALUI METODE DIGITAL FUNDRAISING PADA WAHDAH INSPIRASI ZAKAT (WIZ) DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstrak

The main problem in this study is the Strategy of Islamic Wahdah Dai in Increasing Muzakki Awareness Through the Digital Fundraising Method of Wahdah Inspiration Zakat (WIZ) in Makassar City. Based on the main problem, the researcher put forward two sub-problems, namely: 1). How is the formulation of the strategy of the Wahdah Inspiration Zakat (WIZ) Makassar city dai in increasing muzakki awareness through the digital fundraising method? 2). How is the working pattern of the digital fundraising method at Wahdah Inspiration Zakat (WIZ) Makassar city? The objectives of this study are: 1). To describe the formulation of the strategy of the Wahdah Inspiration Zakat (WIZ) Makassar city dai in increasing muzakki awareness through the digital fundraising method. 2). To describe the working pattern of the digital fundraising method at Wahdah Inspiration Zakat (WIZ) Makassar city. This type of research uses a qualitative research type with a da'wah management research approach. The data sources for this study are the HR manager of Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ), the Digital media manager of Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) and muzakki. Furthermore, the data collection method is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research conducted by the researcher show that: First, Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) uses two strategies, namely: Innovative Programs where this program includes Da'wah, Education, Health, Social Humanity, Economy and Ramadan and this program is WIZ's flagship program and is called "Berkah". Second, namely the use of the Digital Fundraising Method with the aim of educating and leaving a digital footprint on several social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and WA so that the da'wah carried out is continuous and covers a wide range of the community. In the work pattern of the digital fundraising method, it is divided into two, namely: First, planning. This is done to ensure the readiness of materials, facilities and infrastructure as well as the steps taken before the message is delivered to the muzakki. Planning, there are two stages that must be done first, namely getting materials/materials then designing before being submitted to the Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) as the liaison between WIZ and the muzakki. then the second is Costumer Relationship Management (CRM). After the material that has been planned together has been designed as well as possible, Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) becomes the final executor in carrying out a harmonious approach/communication with the muzakki.
