Abstrak

The research conducted is descriptive qualitative research. The approach used is da'wah management. This study falls under Field Research, which involves collecting data through field research using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. These methods are used simultaneously in field research to obtain comprehensive and in-depth data on the implementation of the Mubalig Cadre Training program at the Islamic boarding school.

The results of this study indicate that the Mubalig Cadre Training (LKM) at the Syekh Muhammad Ja'far Islamic Boarding School encompasses preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation includes program and material planning, implementation involves delivering material and practical activities, while evaluation is conducted during and after the activities, including the obligation for students to preach in five mosques during Ramadan. The aim is to produce knowledgeable mubaligs capable of preaching. The implementation of LKM at Syekh Muhammad Ja'far Islamic Boarding School faces challenges such as differences in students' abilities and varying levels of parental participation. The boarding school addresses these issues by enhancing communication with parents and providing intensive mentoring to students. Through good evaluation and collaboration, LKM is expected to produce competent da'wah cadres.

This research is expected to provide an overview to Islamic boarding schools in implementing and preparing mubalig cadres to improve the quality of students' preaching and the dissemination of Islamic values in the community, thereby strengthening the boarding school's image as an institution that produces high-quality and broad-minded da'wah cadres.
