FUNGSI MANAJEMEN DAKWAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA ORGANISASI FASTABIQUL KHIRAT DI PONDOK PESANTREN SYEKH MUHAMMAD JA’FAR KABUPATEN BANTAENG

Abstrak

The Application of Da'wah Management Function in Increasing the Performance of Fastabiqul Khairat Organization and the Opportunities and Challenges Faced by Pondok Pesantren Syekh Muhammad Ja'far in Increasing the Performance of Fastabiqul Khairat Organization. This study uses a qualitative research approach to examine the application of da'wah management function in increasing the performance of Fastabiqul Khairat organization at Pondok Pesantren Syekh Muhammad Ja'far. The data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. 

The results of this study show that the da'wah management function applied by the organization's administrators in increasing the performance of Fastabiqul Khairat organization is by implementing the management functions in accordance with the stages of the management process, namely: 1) At-Takhtith (Planning): planning programs to be implemented in the future. 2)AlTanzim (Organization): assigning tasks to organizational administrators according to their respective duties. 3) At-Tawjih (Implementation): implementing all activities at the scheduled time. 4) Al-Riqabah (Evaluation): providing opportunities for organizational administrators to express their complaints and obstacles that occurred during the activity implementation. However, there are some activities that did not run well. The opportunities for increasing the performance of Fastabiqul Khairat organization include: 1) Sufficient human resources (SDM), 2) Useful knowledge. The challenges faced by Pondok Pesantren Syekh Muhammad Ja'far in increasing the performance of Fastabiqul Khairat organization include: 1) Lack of cooperation, 2) Lack of discipline.
