STRATEGI KEPEMIMPINAN DEMA UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS KOORDINASI ANTAR LEMBAGA

Abstrak

This paper aims to show that in improving the quality of coordination between institutions by holding monthly coordination meetings, implementing grand consolidation, and conducting silaturahim between faculties. The supporting factors for the leadership of the Alauddin State Islamic University Student Association (Dema) in improving the quality of coordination between institutions are the support of the bureaucracy, the support of the Dema of the same faculty and the existence of coordination media to facilitate building coordination and the inhibiting factors in the leadership of the university Student Association (Dema) are the absence of written rules such as AD/ART, the presence of student figures (opposition), the lack of a sense of ownership of the university Student Association (Dema).
