ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI DALAM PEMILIHAN KARIR MENJADI AUDITOR PADA INSTANSI SWASTA MAUPUN PEMERINTAH
Abstract
Penelitian I ni bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenjang
pendidikan/pelatihan professional, pertimbangan pasar, penghargaan
finansial dan personalitas terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai auditor.
penelitian ini mengambil mahasiswa semester V dan VII Fakultas
Ekonomi Prodi Akuntansi berjumlah 110 mahasiswa atau responden
yang terdiri dari mahasiswa semester V (65 respsonden) dan
mahasiswa semester VII (45 responden). Analisa data yang digunakan
adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenjang pendidikan/
pelatihan professional, pertimbangan pasar,dan personalitas tidak
mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai
auditor. Sedangkan penghargaan finansial ber[pengaruh signifikan
terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai auditor.
