Identifikasi Jamur Pada Kerak Kepala Bayi
Abstrak
Kerak pada kepala atau dermatitis seboroik merupakan penyakit papuloskuamosa kronis. Banyak penelitian yang mendukung peranan jamur Malassezia sebagai penyebab dermatitis seboroik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis jamur pada kerak kepala bayi. Metode identifikasi dengan pewarnaan dan mikroskopik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh satu spesies jamur yaitu Saccharomyces serevisiae.
