Pola resistensi bakteri pada ulkus diabetik
Abstrak
Ulkus diabetik merupakan salah satu komplikasi jangka panjang diabetes melitus yang sering terjadi. Dengan adanya ulkus yang terinfeksi, maka resiko amputasi menjadi lebih besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis bakteri dan uji resistensi antibiotik pada ulkus diabetik yang diperoleh dari spesimen luka penderita diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bakteri Staphylococcus aureus pada spesimen luka/ulkus diabetik penderita diabetes melitus. Hasil uji efektivitas antibiotik imipenem memiliki nilai sensitivitas yang paling tinggi dibanding jenis antibiotik lainnya yaitu sebesar 31,2 mm.
