Inventarisasi dan distribusi Typhonium spp. di Indonesia
Abstrak
Keladi tikus (Typhonium fagelliforme (Lodd.) Bl.) merupakan anggota suku Araceae dari puak Areae. Nama jenis ini seringkali disalahgunakan untuk Typhonium roxburghii Schott dan bahkan juga digunakan pada marga Sauromatum. Berdasarkan literatur diketahui bahwa terdapat dua jenis Typhonium di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memutakhirkan informasi jenis dan distribusi Typhonium spp. di Indonesia sehingga dapat membantu dalam penggunaan nama yang tepat dan pemanfaatan yang semestinya. Inventarisasi melalui studi literartur dan pengamatan spesimen herbarium menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat jenis Typhonium di Indonesia, yakni T. blumei, T. flagelliforme, T. roxburghii, dan T. trilobatum. Revisi nama pada spesimen herbarium, distribusi, serta kandungan kimia dan aktivitas farmakologi Typhonium spp. dipaparkan pada artikel ini.
