STUDI QAWĀID AT-TAḤDĪṠ; ANALISA TENTANG PENILAIAN HADIS ḌAĪF DISEBABKAN ṢIGAH AT-TAMRĪḌ

Abstrak

Abstract: This article is the rules for understanding the hadiths related to ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ. The problem that exists is about the fall in the quality of the hadith when the sanad and the hadith's mind use ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ in the hadith editorial. This is where the scholars differ due to different times, as the mutaqaddimin ulama never questioned the form of the sentence using ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ due to the habits of previous scholars of narrating hadith. However, medieval scholars such as as-Suyūṭī and Ibn Ḥajar have started to question the hadith which uses the sentence form ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ, but it is not so firm. Now, contemporary scholars such as al-Albānī have begun to see that this rule is important because the editorial team of the hadith uses the unclear form of ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ, so that ḍaīf can be indicated even though the Bukhārī hadith judged by ṣaḥīḥ scholars.

 

Abstrak: Artikel ini merupakan kaidah-kaidah pemahaman hadis yang berkaitan dengan ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ. Adapun masalah yang ada yaitu tentang jatuhnya kualitas hadis ketika sanad dan matan hadis tersebut menggunakan ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ pada redaksi hadis. Disinilah para ulama berbeda pendapat disebabkan zaman yang berbeda sebagaimana ulama mutaqaddimin tidak mempermasalahkan bentuk kalimat yang menggunakan ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ disebabkan kebiasaan ulama terdahulu mereiwayatkan hadis. Tapi, ulama pertengahan seperti as-Suyūṭī dan Ibn Ḥajar mulai mempermasalahkan hadis yang menggunakan bentuk kalimat ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ, tapi belum begitu tegas. Nah, ulama kontemporer seperti al-Albānī mulai melihat bahwa kaidah ini penting karena redaksi hadis menggunakan bentuk ṣīgah al-tamrīḍ itu tidak jelas, sehingga dapat terindikasi ḍaīf walaupun hadis Bukhārī yang dinilai para ulama ṣaḥīḥ.
