VIDEO 3D HOLOGRAM DAN POTENSINYA UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN HOTS PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI

Abstrak

Pembelajaran Biologi abad 21 memerlukan berbagai inovasi terkait dengan pembelajaran berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis video 3D hologram materi sistem imun sehingga menjadi media pembelajaran biologi bagi siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D), dengan objek penelitian merupakan video 3D hologram dengan materi sistem imun dan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 dosen ahli media, 2 dosen ahli materi dan 10 guru biologi yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari hingga September 2020. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Dissiminate). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video 3D hologram materi sistem imun tergolong pada kategori sangat layak. Hal ini didasarkan pada persentase rata-rata dari ahli media 88%, ahli materi 94,67% dan guru 87,80%. media video 3D hologram mendapat respon positif dari guru biologi dan diharapkan dapat menjadi media untuk siswa SMA. Video 3D hologram ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan HOTS dikarenakan berisi berbagai konten yang menjadikan siswa lebih terlatih dalam melakukan analisis, evaluasi, dan menciptakan solusi permasalahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah video 3D yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran biologi dan berpotensi meningkatkan HOTS.
