Tatalaksana Multidisiplin pada Kasus Obesitas Anak Remaja
Abstrak
Seorang anak, 15 tahun 4 bulan, memiliki berat badan 57 kg, tinggi badan 150 cm, dan indeks massa tubuh 25.3 kg/m¬2. Anak masuk rumah sakit dengan keluhan nyeri menelan. Anak didiagnosis dengan faringitis akut dan obesitas. Aktivitas fisik harian berupa aktivitas sekolah. Riwayat pola kebiasaan makan berupa snack rendah kalori, minuman kemasan, dan mie instan. Status gizi anak adalah gemuk dengan status gastrointestinal fungsional. Terapi gizi yang diberikan berupa edukasi pada anak mengenai jumlah dan jenis makanan serta peningkatan aktivitas fisik.Referensi
