Analisis Dampak Utang Luar Negeri Terhadap Kinerja Fiskal Pemerintah
Abstract
Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis pengaruh utang luar negeri terhadap kinerja fiskal pemerintah. Variabel kinerja fiskal yang digunakan adalah pengeluaran pemerintah pusat, pengeluaran investasi, dan penerimaan pajak. Data yang digunakan berupa data runtut waktu dari tahun 1971-2010. Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan metode Vector Autoregression (VAR) dan kemudian dilakukan restriksi menggunakan SUR. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa utang luar negeri meningkatkan pengeluaran pemerintah pusat. Selain itu, utang luar negeri juga mampu meningkatkan pengeluaran investasi dan penerimaan pemerintah pusat.Downloads
