Rekonstruksi Epistemologi Fiqh Al-Hadis: Upaya Memahami Fiqh Al-Hadis
Abstract
Rekonstruksi epistemologi Fiqh al-Hadis dalam konteks ini diharapkan menjadi alternatif dalam memandang persoalannya secara komprehensif. Oleh karena epistemologi hadis terletak pada pemahaman hadis maka penafsiran ulang suatu hadis sesuai dengan konteksnya, berarti menemukan kembali dimensi epistemologi yang baru. Tentu saja, pemikiran ini potensial akan menimbulkan kontroversi. Dalam hal ini, perlu adanya kedewasaan sikap. Keteladanan Nabi yang dengan arif menyikapi ikhtilaf al-hadis, dalam arti, perbedaan para sahabat beliau dalam memahami pesan yang disampaikan, sejatinya diikuti. Kepada yang kontra rekonstruksi bisa dikatakan, “Kamu telah memahami hadis secara tepat.” Dan kepada yang pro rekonstruksi bisa dikatakan, “Kamu mendapatkan pahala”. Bukankah orang yang melakukan ijtihad itu tetap mendapatkan pahala, meskipun ijtihadnya salah.
