BEHAVIORAL INTENTION TO USE E-WALLET DANA AS DIGITAL PAYMENT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh dari Perceived Easy of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk, dan Service Feature pada Behavioral Intention to Use E-Wallet DANA di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif E-Wallet DANA di Indonesia dengan kriteria tertentu. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 100 responden dari total populasi berjumlah 50 juta pengguna. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 2.0 M3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Easy of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Service Feature berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use E-Wallet DANA, dan Perceived Risk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use E-Wallet DANA.
