PERAN TQM, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KEPUASAN KARYAWAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN: STUDI PADA HOTEL CLARO MAKASSAR
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management, budaya organisasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan, dan peran kepuasan karyawan sebagai mediator antara total quality management dan kinerja perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Budaya organisasi terhadap total quality management, dan kinerja perusahaan. Begitu pula variabel total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Lebih lanjut, kepuasan karyawan memiliki peran mediasi yang sangat kuat antara total quality management dan kinerja perusahaan.
