About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Alauddin Journal of Mathematics Education (AJME) is a scientific, peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by Department of Mathematics Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin MakassarUniversitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar in collaboration with Asosiasi Dosen Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika PTKIN (Ad-Mapeta) half-yearly on May and November.
The aim of this journal is to publish high quality research in mathematics education including teaching and learning, instruction, curriculum development, learning environments, teacher education, educational technology, educational developments, from many kinds of research such as survey, research and development, experimental research, classroom action research, etc.
Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to Alauddin Journal of Mathematics Education (AJME) is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "peer-review". It is due to increase the quality of articles. Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is mostly based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary. The Editorial Team, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on the status of the manuscript with regard to publication.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
Article Publication: 300000.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
Plagiarism
Authors should submit only original work that is not plagiarized and not has been published or being considered elsewhere. Turnitin will be used by the editorial team to check for simmiliarities of submitted manuscript with existing literatures.
Journal History
Alauddin Journal of Mathematics Education has been publishing scholarly research articles since 2019. Fully supported by Department of Mathematics Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar In collaboration with Asosiasi Dosen Matematika dan Pendidikan/ Tadris Matematika PTKIN (Ad-mapeta). The journal is preserving, archiving and disseminate article related to mathematics education, mathematics and learning.
