KOLABORASI ANTAR GURU DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM INKLUSI

Kondisi inklusi adalah suatu kondisi yang sering dijumpai dalam masyarakat, lembaga pendidikan memiliki kewajiban untuk memfasilitasi mereka. Namun sayangnya masih sedikit lembaga pendidikan Islam yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusi. Salah satu alasannya karena pendidikan inklusi memerlukan kolaborasi antara guru kelas dengan guru pembimbing khusus. Namun, SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Jember sudah mampu melaksanakan program pendidikan inklusi dengan memberikan pelayanan pembelajaran untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) dengan baik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi serta kolaborasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas dengan guru pembimbing khusus di SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Jember. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif berjenis studi kasus. Hasil Penelitian ini: (1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi menggunakan model pembelajaran two teacher yaitu guru kelas dan guru pembimbing khusus dan strategi pull out yakni siswa berkebutuhan khusus dipindahkan dari satu kelas ke ruang yang lain, dan (2) kolaborasi antara guru kelas dengan guru pembimbing khusus ditunjukkan dengan adanya kerjasama dalam bentuk penyampaian materi dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Materi yang sulit dapat dipahami oleh siswa ABK diperjelas oleh guru pembimbing khusus menggunakan komunikasi interpersonal secara privat dengan media khusus.
Abstract
The condition of inclusion is a condition that is often found in society. Educational institutions have a responsibility to facilitate them. However, there are still only a few Islamic educational institutions that provide inclusive education. One of the reasons is because inclusive education needs collaboration between classroom teachers and particular supervisors. However, SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Jember has implemented inclusive education programs by providing learning services for children with special needs or ABK properly. This study aimed to describe the implementation of inclusive education and collaboration carried out by classroom teachers and special supervisors at SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Jember. The approach used in this research was a qualitative case study. The results of this study indicated that; (1) The implementation of inclusive education used a two-teacher learning model, which needed a class teacher and a special supervisor, and a pull-out strategy in which students with special needs were transferred from one class to another, and (2) collaboration between class teachers and special supervisors was indicated by cooperation to deliver lesson and use learning media. Particular supervisor used private interpersonal communication with special media to explain difficult lesson material for students with special needs.
